You can make reservation by phone, fax, e-mail or by filling the special contact form on our website. After receiving your request, we will send preliminary reservation and ask for the prepayment (30% of the total cost ) paid within 5 days. After receiving the prepayment we will send the final confirmation. The rest of the payment is settled on the arrival day in the reception.You can pay by cash, credit/paying card or money transfer.

Reservation and cancellation conditions: 

1. Reservation is finally confirmed by the prepayment.

2. If the guest cancels his reservation we will keep back:

a) 30% of the prepayment if the cancellation is made until 30 days before arrival

b) 50% of the prepayment: until 15 days before arrival

c) 80% of the prepayment: until 7 days before arrival

d) 100% of the prepayment: less than 7 days before arrival

e) 100% of the prepayment: if the guest (without informing in advance about later arrival) does not check in  until midnight on the first day of his stay, in this case reservation for the whole period is being cancelled.

3. In particular cases our firm can change described conditions creating new ones in agreement with the client.

4. Described conditions relate to individual guests.

5. Hotel day starts at 2:00 pm on the arrival day and ends at 11:00 am on the next day.
